We hope you love your new lingerie! If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept it back, with RMA number and Exchange/Return Form, within 15 days of shipment for a refund or exchange (please note the non-returnable/exchangeable items listed below). Slightly Naked is not liable for returns received after the 15 day period.

A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition with original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Items received after the 15 day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Final Sales:

Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered cannot be returned. As lingerie is delicate by nature, we offer no warranty once the tags are removed. All sales are final on the following items: panties, thongs, men’s boxers & thongs, hosiery at management’s discretion (NO EXCEPTIONS). Clearance/Sale items and Free Gifts with purchase are final sale only and non-returnable purchases.

At Slightly Naked Lingerie, we call our returns policy a Warranty. Warranties are attached to all products which are returnable. We’ve worked hard to create a Warranty system which is easy to activate and use. Here’s what you will need to do…

1. Log in to your account (See Account Login Button In Menu Above)

2. Go to your My Account section where you will see all of your orders

3. Next to each order, if eligible for Returns, click the “Request Warranty” button.

4. Once selected, you will have the option to pick the specific product you are returning.

5. Fill out the form telling us why your are placing your return.

6. Slightly Naked Lingerie will review this form and mark it’s status accordingly.

7. Once we have marked your request as approved, you will receive an email with an Exchange/Returns Form attached, an RMA number, and the address to send your returned item. MAKE SURE THIS FORM IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RETURN

8. Place the item in the original packaging in which it was received. Ensure that all tags are attached.

9. If you don’t have the original box, use a sturdy box to prevent damage to the item. We are not responsible for damage to products in transit back to us.

10. To ensure the package arrives back to us safely and that you are credited, please use a trackable method (such as FedEx, UPS or Priority Mail) where you receive a receipt and tracking number that can be used to track the delivery. Overnight shipping is not necessary. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment minus shipping charges. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise.

11. Physical address to ship item back to will be included in your RMA email that you will recieve directly after submitting your warranty request.

12. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We ask for your patience as processing your return may take up to 30 days from date of receipt of the returned item.

Procedure for Exchanges:
  • Follow the Procedure for Returns instructions above
  • In the “Reasons For Return”, choose Exchange
  • For an exchange, list the size, style and designer of the item you would like to receive in exchange. Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.
  • The item will be shipped back via ground shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Also note, If you are not doing an even-exchange, you will be refunded for the return and charged again for the new item.
  • Physical address to ship item back to will be included in your RMA email that you will recieve directly after submitting your warranty request.
